In order to run smoothly, your website's core software, themes, and plugins need to be regularly updated, backed up remotely, and given proper troubleshooting if problems arise.
Subscribing to a Website Care Plans means we'll handle the heavy lifting for you. We check for updates multiple times a week, have backups performed daily, and will coordinate with the appropriate theme or plugin developer in case a rogue update proves incompatible with your current setup and throws your website out of balance.
